Job Title: Warehouse Operative- Day Shift Location: EH48 2FB Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 12 weeks- Temporary initially opportunity for Permanent Pay Rate: £12.38 Per hour Working Hours: 7/8am-4pm (35-40 hours per week) 5 days over 7 on a set rota Job and finish- flexibility is required Join a fast-paced distribution centre as a Warehouse Operative, previous experience using large material handling equipment is required! Main duties: Operate various types of large material handling equipment. Transport materials to designated storage areas and production lines. Always Follow Health & Safety and company policies. Picking and packing supermarket orders efficiently Operate barcode scanners or handheld devices to track inventory. Handling heavy lifting as part of the job Working as part of a supportive team Key Skills: Previous experience using large material handling equipment. Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting Being able to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and keep track of orders Efficiently managing time ensures that tasks are completed promptly.
