Staffline Recruitment Ballymena are currently recruiting for Spraypainters for our esteemed client, Wrightbus, a leading innovator in zero-emission vehicle production. Staffline are particularly interested in speaking to time-served Spray painters with knowledge of both 2 pack and clear over base with the ability to spot any defects in paintwork and repair as necessary. Rate if Pay: £15.50 per hour Dayshift / £19.38 Nightshift & Weekends Hours of Work: Week 1 Monday to Wednesday 6am – 6pm Week 2 Monday to Wendesday 6pm – 6am Week 3 Thursday to Staurday 6am – 6pm Responsibilities: Responsible for the marking out and spraying of Basecoat and Direct gloss colours. Responsible for any touch up repairs and small paint repairs, prior to sign-off and vehicle delivery. Responsible for assisting paint preparation i.e., marking up vehicles prior to paint. Responsible for the safe operation of plant, equipment and/or hand tools associated with the paint & paint processes. Responsible for compliance with the company\’s Health and Safety policy procedures. Responsible for undertaking training or retraining associated with the post or the introduction of new working practices. Undertake any other duties conducive with the effective operation of the post. Criteria: Time served with written confirmation.
