Zanda is an Executive search partner that works exclusively with high growth start-ups as they look to scale their business with senior talent. Zanda partners with VC’s, Founder’s, CEO’s and CFO’s when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.
Who’s the business Zanda is partnering with? A rapidly growing International SaaS business based in London, that has recently secured Series A funding. Having experienced significant growth, and doubling revenue year on year, the Founders and CFO believe it is time to recruit their first Head of Finance.
As Head of Finance, you will be reporting to the CFO and play a critical role in shaping and driving the business's financial strategy and will be hugely influential in the future success and growth of the company. The business operates on a hybrid model and is in the office 1-2 days a week in London.
What experiences you will gain:
- Reporting to the CFO, with regular interaction with the Founders
- Owning the month and year end financial close process and liaising with the external providers
- Business partnering with the Heads of Departments to develop annual budgets and long term financial forecasts
- Providing regular reports, analysis and insights to Senior Management and Investors
- Overseeing the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements
- Managing and optimising cashflow by monitoring cash flow forecasts
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Producing financial analysis to support strategic decision making and investment opportunities
- Providing financial support across the business, presenting, and communicating critical financial matters when required
