The Role
As Ravensbourne University London continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Enrolment & Income Support Officer to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a positive student experience, particularly during the busy enrolment periods. You will be part of the Financial Accounting Team, supporting tuition fee processes, managing enrolment-related income, and responding to student queries. You will be a visible presence at the enrolment desk, working closely with stakeholders across the University to ensure students receive timely, accurate and friendly support. The role offers a dynamic working environment, full-time on campus during enrolment periods, and hybrid working (3 days on-site) during the rest of the year, based at our modern North Greenwich campus.
The Candidate
We’re looking for someone who combines a strong customer service ethos with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience working in Higher Education or a similar environment and will be confident handling student queries, particularly around enrolment and tuition fees.
