Salary: Scale 7:11 A GBP 22,471 - GBP 24,380 (Pro Rata)

Hours: Term Time Plus Two Weeks, 37 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday)

The Academy is seeking to appoint a flexible, resilient, and hardworking Office Administrator to join their Support Team. The successful candidate will actively contribute to maximizing the efficiency of all administrative work that supports the academic and personal development of students.

Based in the Main Office and reporting to the Facilities Support Manager, the Office Administrator will support all aspects of the Academy's administrative functions and serve as the first point of contact for visitors. The role involves handling sensitive and confidential information and liaising daily with staff, parents, students, and external bodies to ensure smooth office operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a busy and demanding reception/office environment.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
