Join us as an Engagement and Information Co-ordinator and become a key member of the Information and Advice Team within our newly formed Shared Services branch, supporting both children’s and adult services. You will play a leading role in shaping and influencing a vital digital resource that supports residents throughout their lives - Hampshire’s Family Information and Services Hub (FISH), including the Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND) Local Offer and Care Leaver’s Local Offer. You will take it through its next exciting chapter, integrating it into the wider Connect to Support Hampshire platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the coordination and development of the FISH website and Hampshire’s SEND Local Offer, ensuring content is clear, accessible and up to date.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of FISH, including monitoring shared inboxes, processing updates, and supporting a consistent approach across departments.
  • Ensure statutory compliance by supporting the ongoing development of the Local Offer in collaboration with children, young people, parents, and partners.
  • Drive engagement with local communities and service providers to enhance awareness, accessibility, and quality of information available on the website.
  • Contribute to wider council projects that improve how residents, partners, and professionals access social care related, and wider, information and advice.

  • Experience managing digital content or coordinating online platforms.

  • Knowledge of SEND services and statutory requirements is desirable.
