We are a well-established gas and heating services company based in the Midlands, seeking experienced and reliable self-employed Gas Engineers to join our growing team on a subcontract basis. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of domestic gas works including boiler installations, servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a professional and supportive company with consistent workflow across the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation of domestic gas boilers and heating systems
- Servicing and repairing domestic boilers and gas appliances
- Performing landlord gas safety checks (CP12s)
- Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service
- Completing required documentation and certificates in a timely manner
- Certifications:
- Gas Safe Registration (active and in date)
- Public Liability Insurance - Minimum £2 million cover
- Full set of hand tools
- Smartphone or tablet for job reporting and documentation
- PPE and workwear (company branding optional)
- Regular and consistent work across the Midlands
- Weekly payments - full time position also available
