Our Financial Services client in Edinburgh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resilience Oversight Manager to lead the team in managing critical business processes that drive customer outcomes in line with Important Business Services. As a key member of the Operational Resilience team, you will be responsible for ensuring the resilience of the digital channels, leading the annual attestation process, and providing SME input to scenario testing and vulnerability remediation.

Required Skills
- Experience with operational resilience, risk management, and business continuity planning
- Previously undertaken a similar role within a financial services client
- Analytical mindset with the ability to get into the detail of what is required, interpret the data and articulate what is required to improve resiliency
- Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills
- Proven leadership abilities, capable of guiding a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective in communicating issues and implications to senior, technical, and non-technical audiences
- Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate and logical, quickly identifying and assessing key issues
- A customer attitude to drive impactful and client-focused results
