What You’ll Do

In this role you will have the opportunity to manage and grow an existing customer account base covering corporate and public sector. Key accountabilities include:

  • Implementing a sales strategy for strategic segments and accounts to deliver against KPIs for all product sets, balancing retain & grow to drive revenue growth.
  • Engaging and building relationships across each account, up to C / Director level.
  • Building and delivering Account Management plans.
  • Managing Discovery and Innovation events.
  • Cross selling product portfolio to customer base.
  • Driving teams of specialists and technical experts to deliver customer orientated solutions.
  • Marketing activity - lead and contribute to marketing activity across the team.
  • Understanding the customers industry and implements a customer specific strategy and business plan in line with Vodafone's product and service portfolio.

Who You Are

Proven track record in sales and achievement / over achievement targets consistently. Complex solution-based sales, across multiple ICT / Teclo industry technologies. Good understanding of ICT technologies, eg Mobile and Fixed Voice, Data Networks, LAN, Unified Communications, Cloud & Hosting, Security, IoT, Mobile Device Management, SAAS. Implementing commercial sales strategies / plans and adapting to macro/micro economic conditions, achieving significant business growth. Experience in public sector within Scotland.
