Our well-established client is seeking an experienced and proactive Solicitor to join their busy and expanding residential conveyancing team based at their Tonbridge office. The role will involve handling a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with opportunities to work on commercial matters when required.
Main responsibilities include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Stamp duty procedures
- Title checking
- Search reports
- Enquiries
- Leasehold sales/purchases including the grant of leases
- Regulation of landlord and tenant relationships
- Lease renewals
- Deeds of surrender
- Refinancing
- Acquisitions and sales of businesses
- Utilities agreements
- Active involvement in business development
- Managing files from inception to completion
Successful candidates should be highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing volume work in a busy environment. They will join a friendly team, possess extensive residential conveyancing experience, and have commercial conveyancing knowledge.
