Product Management Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with product goals.
  • Support the creation of product requirement documents.
  • Gather and prioritise customer feedback for review.
  • Monitor key product metrics and analyse user data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvements for both products and process.

Project Management Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities for smaller accounts and opportunities.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively suggest solutions.
  • Support resource management and ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure project standards are followed.
  • Manage ECR's and NSPR's within the business to ensure they get focus and direction.

Requirements

  • Some experience (1-2 years) in a product, project, operations, or coordination role (or relevant internships/placements).
  • Understanding of basic project management principles and tools (e.g., timelines, tasks, risks, using tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira).
  • Aware of product development processes and customer-centric thinking.
