At Cosentino, we are looking for a Sales Administrative to join our Center in Hook. The Centers are an example of Cosentino's total commitment to its clients, providing them with exclusive and high-quality service. The Centers combine the functions of (a) warehouse, (b) brand and product showroom, and (c) sales network.
As a Sales Administrative you will support all the administration related matters in Finance, Sales and Operations departments for Cosentino. This person will be closely working with the Administrative team and will be reporting directly to the Operations Coordinator.
Main duties:
- Working in a fast paced environment.
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
What you need to succeed
Background: Completed High School plus Professional Training degree. Further education would be an advantage.
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role.
Knowledge: Fundamentals (basic functions) on computing: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Strong SAP or any other CRM user knowledge.
