Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Customer and Sales Data Analyst to join our team in Nottingham. If you have experience interpreting complex sales data to identify trends, can improve customer experience through data driven insights and have experience of working with sales data from wholesale and retail environments then we want to hear from you!
Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the growth across all global sales channels, including Trade, Retail and Direct. You’ll be responsible for analysing a wide range of customer data – from revenue generating channels and non-revenue sources such as store till transactions and offline warhammer.com customer data. Your ability to identify trends and patterns will help shape product and sales strategies, by providing recommendations that directly support key decision making processes and ultimately contribute to growing our customer base and the Warhammer Hobby.
Success in this role is about more than just crunching numbers, it’s about being able to articulate and present that information with clarity to both technical and non-technical Sales, Marketing and Merchandising management to assist with identifying risks and opportunities for Games Workshop. The ideal person will have an analytical mind-set and be commercially astute, as well as being comfortable working in a fast paced environment where business needs and priorities shift frequently.
Experience of working with analytical software and sales data from wholesale, retail and online retail across multiple countries, specifically North America, Germany, China or Japan would be an advantage. We are looking for someone who can navigate complex situations with integrity, approach challenges with humility, and is passionate about maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in high-pressure situations. The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking. Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!

This is a hybrid based role, where you will be expected to work onsite at our Nottingham Headquarters a minimum of 3 days per week. This role may involve some travel to domestic and international locations. Ability to travel internationally is required. Frequency depends on business requirements.
