We’re looking for a Network Maintenance Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of maintenance programs and audits across our Fibre Exchange (FEx), Fibre Active Cabinets (FAC), and CoLo sites. This role is key in ensuring service continuity and operational excellence through Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and Building Management Systems (BMS) expertise. This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Lead M&E maintenance programs across a diverse estate, ensuring minimal service disruption
- Manage BMS systems to monitor infrastructure performance and enable data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with teams and partners to schedule and execute PPM and reactive maintenance
- Identify and resolve supplier issues, driving operational and financial efficiencies
- Produce weekly reports on progress, risks, costs, and compliance
We’re looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in M&E PPM, reactive maintenance, and BMS systems. You should also have:
- Experience delivering small to medium-scale works and managing multi-million-pound budgets
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in project and budget management fundamentals
- A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Full UK Driving Licence
