This role is part of a 'once in a generation' project that will deliver clean energy to 6 million homes for the next 60 years. Sizewell C will see the creation of a 3.2 Gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast to provide reliable, low-carbon electricity. The Civil Works Alliance is an extended delivery enterprise involving Sizewell C and three international construction companies: Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics, and Laing O'Rourke.
Sizewell C (SZC) is vital to the UK's future energy strategy. As the second of the UK's next generation of nuclear power stations, SZC is both high profile and highly complex. The Project Controls Reporting Manager role involves compiling and generating high-quality, formal reports that effectively communicate project progress, performance, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least five years' experience working within a reporting, planning, or project controls role on complex and mega infrastructure projects.
- A degree, HND, or similar equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable.
- Experience of preparing reporting packs to an Executive level standard.
- Familiarity with planning software.
- Experience of using Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools.
- An understanding of the construction industry, methods of construction, plant, equipment, and labour requirements.
