Your Role:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll become a crucial link between clients and candidates, responsible for:

  • Actively sourcing and engaging skilled professionals aligned with our clients' evolving project needs.
  • Managing candidate pipelines through databases, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Presenting job opportunities with energy and precision to attract top talent.
  • Conducting interviews, preparing candidate profiles, and guiding the recruitment process.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients by providing outstanding service.
  • Spotting opportunities for business development and supporting marketing initiatives to grow our reach.
