The Role: Within our older adults’ homes, we aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where our Administrative Officer can provide a friendly and professional service, helping create a positive experience for visitors from the start. You’ll be a valued member of our friendly team, carrying out a range of essential administrative tasks that keep the home running smoothly. The vital work that you do will support the delivery of person-centred services that meets each individual’s needs and wishes.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Build and establish positive working relationships with colleagues, residents and their families.
  • Use a variety of IT packages to manage records, data, and communications.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Help maintain a well-organised and efficient work environment.
