A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated professional to lead our Prep boarding house and take responsibility for the day-to-day care of boarders. This is an exciting time to join us and a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about pastoral care to invest in the lives of our pupils.
Your responsibilities will include running the boarding house, creating a βhome from homeβ environment that attracts more boarders, and overseeing bedtimes, wake-up routines, and weekend activities. This role involves working as a key member of the pastoral care team and collaborating with academic staff and support functions across the school to ensure a welcoming and happy boarding environment.
This is a full-time, live-in position during term time, best suited for a confident, warm, and caring individual who can maintain discipline, exercise patience, and bring energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of fun. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a flexible approach, high personal organization, and the ability to inspire young people.
