We are looking for a Composites Trim and Assembly Module Leader to take charge of a team responsible for the assembly of composite components. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our assembled parts meet the highest standards of quality and performance.   • Lead, motivate, and supervise a trim and assembly team during your shift, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that all assembly processes are followed correctly, maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure components are manufacturable and align with design specifications.
  • Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Implement and maintain safety and quality protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
