We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join a FMCG company based in Lancing. The role is to join the Quality Assurance team where you’ll be overseeing customer accounts while coordinating with test houses and checking and advising on test reports. The role is ideal for administrators with a technical background who are eager to grow into a technologist role where training and support will be provided.
As a Quality Assurance Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the testing on customer accounts to ensure product safety and compliance
- Requesting, checking and filing test reports
- Liaising with test houses to arrange testing in line with UK, EU and US markets
- Advising on correct warnings and symbols for product packaging, instruction manuals and rating labels to ensure product compliance
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

- Efficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office 365
