Become part of a winning team and help to deliver the Green Energy transition. The Innovation & AIML Operations Leader is responsible for driving the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives, including complex cross-disciplinary programs that span multiple organizations and various stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining and executing programs, and tracking and monitoring execution, risks, and opportunities to ensure on-time delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the definition of AI / ML strategic roadmaps for Electrification.
- Drive the definition of programs including milestones for AI / ML and Innovation Partnerships.
- Manage risks and dependencies between organizations.
- Define and implement processes for coordination between organizations.
- Own tools and continuous improvement for the Innovation and AI / ML Electrification organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
- Extensive professional experience in software development project management, risk management, and strategy.
- Established leadership credentials.
