Your role
If you have a passion for motorbikes and want to deliver exceptional customer experience, then this is a great opportunity to develop your career with one of the world's admired brands in the motorcycle industry. Our customers might be as passionate about bikes as you. But they still want to be inspired by a great experience from an enthusiast they trust. You’ll make sure that each customer feels they’re a one-off by understanding exactly where bikes fit into their lifestyle. From building a database of customers through to attending events and fielding phone calls, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction. It’s about giving a great experience as well as recommending exactly the bike they need.
Your profile
You might already have bike sales experience or, you might be an enthusiast who has worked in sales elsewhere – in which case you’ll get all the training you need to make a successful switch. We also expect you to have the tenacity and commitment to realise your full potential. You must have a full motorcycle licence and the will and want to get engaged with the team and our amazing products.
Rewards
Your hard work will be rewarded with competitive salary, workplace pension, staff car and bike purchase scheme for you and your family, training at the BMW Academy and 22 days holiday a year.
Salary: Basic £23,500 with OTE of £40,000 for a five day week.
