Here at GXO, we are on the search for a Team Leader to join our team in Dundee on our Virgin Media Contract. This role is perfect for a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you have strong people skills, a keen eye for efficiency, and a passion for driving team performance, then we want to hear from you!
You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 07:00 – 16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,010.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Daily supervision of a team of operatives and agency staff in the department
- Ensure all the staff are involved in the success of the operation through continual feedback and positive communication
- Prioritise warehouse duties to ensure that the productivity levels and deadlines are achieved
- To ensure that the areas of operational responsibility run in line with plans and are completed on schedule to the standards required by the company and the customer
