DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Operations Support Administrator to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • To identify and respond to issues quickly and efficiently
  • To maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • To regularly use e-mail and phone to communicate with customers and colleagues to solve issues and reply when necessary
  • Re-booking of orders or loads which have missed their booking
  • To perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the transportation department
  • To communicate any issues, verbal and written to the Coordinator, notifying them of any issues which may require further follow up

  • Experience of working within office administration
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Customer relationship/service experience
  • Basic IT skills - Outlook and Excel
