About the Role

If you are a highly organised person, who knows the difference between ‘good enough’ and top quality, then the Studio368 Project Planner role might be a perfect fit for you! As a Studio368 Project Planner, you’ll play the central role between the Customer brief owner and our in-house studio, to deliver all planned and fast-track artwork (including branded artwork).
Key Responsibilities
- Planning like a pro: As a project planner, you will be responsible for short term & long-term planning of projects that are in scope for the studio team to work through. This is to allow work to flow through studio seamlessly. You will do this through attending weekly meetings and through playing the lead studio contact with your stakeholder group. To help plan and assign resource, you will use our production tool and project management system Workfront.
- Owning the brief: You will communicate critical path commitments to key stakeholder groups to keep all artwork deliverables on track. You will use Workfront proof daily – this software facilitates digital collaboration and approval of creative & artwork. You will be the guardian on ensuring all information is present and accurate before the brief is worked on.
- Making things happen: This role is responsible for recommending process improvements ideas to ensure efficiencies and improvements in ways of working are frequently reviewed and implemented. You will use the power of reporting to drive tangible metrics.
- Balancing priorities: From urgent briefs to longer term campaigns, you’ll have a good sense of what needs attention now and what can wait - and how to communicate it all with a smile! You will be able to offer flexible support to the Studio Workflow Manager and to wider stakeholders across all briefs.
- Championing great design: With your keen eye for artwork, you’ll spot inconsistencies whilst driving a right first-time approach, by checking all approvals are present before instructing files to be released for print (including legal, nominations sign off with trading, pack shot accuracy & creative/brand owners).
Skills & experience
- Organised powerhouse: You’ll have a natural flair for organisation, which will allow you to quickly master the daily reprioritisation of artwork requirements. You will be confident ensuring all artwork is on brand and accurate in preparation for go live. You will have the capability to brief in & juggle the requirements of projects, which vary in volumes dependent on the time of year/business asks.
- Workfront wizard: In all of the above, you will use our production & project management tool, Adobe Workfront - it would be beneficial for you to have experience using this product, but not essential!
- Team work: You will have the agility to flex across other workstreams to enable cross functional working and thrive when working as a team. You will have the proven experience to stay calm under pressure, supporting the project planning team proactively whilst bringing the energy, positivity & a ‘let’s get it done’ mindset.
- Passion for process & adherence to brand guidelines: You will have a competency for process, as well as a natural creative eye to ensure work is on brand and fully approved. You will take responsibility for checking final files against approvals, proofreading and identifying errors. You will have experience managing artwork delivery, advising on timelines, deadlines & technical requirements (i.e. print specifications). You will be able to identify opportunities to improve ways of working, and confidently discuss them with the team and workflow manager.
- Communicating & Influencing: You will keep your key stakeholder group informed, aligned and energised. You will have the experience escalating mounting issues of varying risk levels to the Studio Workflow Planning Manager.
