We are looking for a skilled and proactive Administrative Support Officer to provide high-level business support within a busy safeguarding partnership environment. This is a hands-on role, working across multiple agencies to support the coordination and delivery of key safeguarding functions. You will need to have an Enhanced DBS for children and Adults on the Update Service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive-level support including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute taking
- Manage communications and correspondence across internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and databases for safeguarding reviews and statutory processes
- Coordinate meetings, training, and partnership events, including venue and logistics management
- Support invoicing, procurement, and other financial administration
- Assist in overseeing daily office operations and supporting a small admin team
- Strong administrative background, ideally within a multi-agency or safeguarding setting
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working with sensitive information and a range of professional stakeholders
- Proficiency in managing digital systems, processes, and documentation
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to adapt quickly to priorities
