Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG) was founded by American entrepreneur and philanthropist Bob Parsons with the sole intent to design and develop the world’s finest golf clubs. PXG is committed to the long process of researching various alloys, exploring new technologies, and identifying the unique properties that make PXG clubs perform unlike anything else. PXG offers a full lineup of right and left-handed golf clubs, including drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters, as well as a complete line of high-performance, fashion-forward apparel.
We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven professional to engage with our inbound PXG customer base. This role involves providing expert sales consultations, handling order inquiries and scheduling club fitting appointments. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building lasting customer relationships and demonstrate success in converting prospects to conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage in-bound calls and emails in a professional, confident and timely manner; articulate the PXG story and provide 5-star customer service and follow-up.
- Actively consult, cross sell, and up sell on in-bound calls to maximise our customer interactions, overall revenue and profitability.
- Provide “first call” resolution status by actively listening to customers and responding to their needs.
- Assist with outbound campaigns to maximise sales opportunities.
- Accurately process customer and internal orders, manage payments and coordinate returns.
- Inform customers about current promotions and incorporate these into regular conversations.
- Conduct telephone fitting consultations to accurately recommend the best possible equipment for customers.
- Recognise, document and alert Supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system including enrolling customers in the PXG for Heroes program and guiding them through the discount and purchase process.
- Develop strong partnership with internal fitting team and green grass accounts to arrange fittings.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up-to-date on new product details.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
Experience and Education:
- Minimum of 2+ years of inbound customer service experience and/or related experience.
- Golf industry experience preferred.

- Excellent communication skills – confident, engaging and solutions-oriented in both verbal and written forms.
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Fluent in English with strong written and spoken command.

- Strong team player with the ability to also work independently.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; prior experience with customer databases highly desirable.
This is a remote position, based in the UK. The basic salary for this role is £28,000 – £30,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately £40,000.
