Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide Operational support as required to both Bilfinger & Client, Onshore & Offshore personnel Inc. Project Engineers, Wages, Commercial, HSEQ, T&C & HR
- Assist with mobilisation requirements of personnel are complete for all requested trips along with plant & equipment required
- Liaise with Bilfinger Training and competency team to ensure all offshore personnel are competent to carry out inspection duties
- Assist the Integrated Services Inspection Coordinator and Focal Point when required
- Assist the Integrated Services Facilitator when required
- Ensure client required documentation is submitted in a timely fashion
- Assist with Plant/Material/Equipment ordering & monitoring, which includes maintaining material trackers, monitoring outward & inward shipping of equipment, write offs & transfers
- Plant Maintenance - reviewing plant reports to make sure in line with actual information offshore
- Communication with stores & shipping departments to ensure timely issuing of equipment
- Analysis of Daily Reports and completion of compliance Trackers
- Ensure all personnel to mobilise have completed relevant pre-mob training
- Review timesheets and ensure accuracy and compliance of time recording
- Maintain project timesheets on timewriting system
- Ensure invoicing data is correct for labour & plant and checked prior to submission to client
- Assist with queries as required
- Maintain Live Training matrix for all regular personnel and arrange necessary training
- Make sure equipment checks, inspection reports, HSE reports and all relevant documents are received from Offshore in a timely manner
- Maintain both company and client rota and flight booking system
- Write & check or approve training, expenses and wages payments as required
- Ensure weekly deliverables are sent in from offshore and logged/saved
- Input Offshore holiday requests
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in working in Oil and Gas offshore environment
- Experience related to in-service inspection desirable
- The position holder desirable to have a working knowledge of British, European and International Standards relative to Safety, Environment & Quality
- Proficient understanding of SAP or similar Industry Company and Client specific training / safety critical requirements as per Recruitment Procedure BMS-HR-REC [1] VRO-V01
- Minimum of 2 Highers / Advanced Highers / A levels or equivalent
- Offshore Survival and MIST Offshore Safety Training desirable
- Position holder must have the potential to advance/progress to a higher level of management, desirable
