Are you interested in an opportunity to join our team as a Treasury Operations Reconciliation Manager and use your expertise in treasury, settlements, and management to lead our Treasury Operations Team?
As Treasury Operations Reconciliation Manager, you will be responsible for managing activities within Treasury Operations including treasury settlements, and cash and card settlements. You will also support and build out treasury operation processes in collaboration with partner teams such as product, operations, process engineering, controls, risk & compliance. The team supports processes including suspense accounts setup and management, ensuring secure and efficient operations for debit card/savings and credit card products. Reconciliation processes cover cash transactions, card transactions, liquidity monitoring, Apple Pay, suspense account management, including reporting on write-offs, aged breaks, and balances. You will help recruit and establish an extended team to support new products and markets, bringing people management experience to build and manage a motivated team aligned with company policies and frameworks.
The main responsibilities involve managing the Treasury Operations team from process and team perspectives. You will bring reconciliation and process build knowledge, working with various teams to design processes, create journeys, participate in testing, and maintain documentation including procedures and process maps. You will also develop process controls and report on Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators, requiring stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead processes into Business as Usual mode and ensure sustainability.
- Collaborate with partner teams to establish Treasury Operations processes, including development, process mapping, testing, and transition to Business as Usual.
- Create comprehensive end-to-end processes across domains.
- Manage relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
