A multinational business is seeking a capable IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in West London. Please note this is an office-based role and therefore the chosen candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week.
Working as an integral part of the IT team, you will deliver a proactive 1st and 2nd line support service for hardware, software and network issues. You will serve as the first point of contact for support requests and provide hands-on technical support for end-users ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems and applications, as well as maintenance of laptops, mobile devices and VoIP phones.
In order to be suitable for this role you will have experience in supporting Windows OS, Office 365, Azure and Active Directory. It is advantageous to your application to hold an ITIL qualification or a relevant IT degree, but this is by no means necessary.
