In 2023 we merged the individual brand Business Development, Marketing and Design Teams around the world in to one global GBX (Growth, Brand and Experience) team of 70+ specialists in 3 locations around the world (Lon, NY, Sing). This role with sit within the London based Growth Team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Work with the London based Global Growth Team and colleagues across the Agency brands, to define and execute annual Growth team strategies, proactively identifying and delivering opportunities in collaboration with the team.
Lead specific Growth opportunities, galvanizing the business to focus on and deliver against these opportunities.
Lead and manage the delivery of RFP/RFI responses for growth opportunities.
Provide a client perspective on developing relevant and compelling new business proposals.
ABOUT YOU
You are a Associate Director or Junior Director looking to take on the next step in your career in a highly skilled and social team. You have experience in the media industry and are looking for a role that encompasses all facets of the agency landscape, from initial client research to leading the pitch process from beginning to end.
You have an intrinsic understanding of, and demonstrate, values of Curiosity, Openness, Creativity, Collaboration and Courage.
