Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead a beautifully renovated residential and dementia care facility in Southampton. This role is ideal for a current Care Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up into a Care Home Manager position.
As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of home operations, ensuring the highest standards of person-centered care, and maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations. You’ll join a supportive leadership team committed to excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the care home as the registered Care Home Manager, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality care.
- Ensure the home maintains or exceeds its current GOOD CQC rating.
- Promote a positive environment where staff and residents thrive.
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, and daily operations.
- Carry out supervisions, appraisals, and team development.
