Job Title: Staff Nurse (Agency) – NHS Ward Shifts
Location:Gloucester
Pay Rate:£22.00- £45.00per hour

Meridian Business Support iscurrently seeking experienced and dedicatedRegistered Childrens Nurses (RCNs)to join our team, providing agency cover for ward-based shifts within an NHS Trust inGloucester. This role offers flexible working arrangements to suit your availability while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with NHS guidelines and policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient care plans.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
• Provide compassionate care, offering support to patients and their families.

Essential Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN) qualificationwith validNMC registration.
• Aminimum of six months of NHS ward experiencewithin the last two years.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
