We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for H&S, IT and Engineering within the hotel.

The Role: As Assistant Maintenance Manager you will assume responsibility for H&S, IT and Engineering within the hotel. You will play a key role in keeping hotel facilities in optimum operating condition by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel plant and machinery (including heat, power, air conditioning and refrigeration). You will work closely with your colleagues in Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure the hotels are kept in an excellent state of repair.
The Person: As well as having previous experience in a similar role, you will have relevant qualifications in general maintenance work incorporating a variety of plumbing, electrical or joinery work. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision and be able to prioritise your workload. You will have a can-do attitude, be adaptable and be able to respond flexibly to different requests and situations. Finally, you will have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
