Robert Half are excited to be working with a trusted and well-established client to recruit a FP&A Manager based in Cardiff. With a base salary up to £50,000 + benefits. The role is reporting into the Head of FP&A working closely with them and the Finance Director in the creation and development of the Company strategic plan as well as analysis and reporting of performance within the key sections of the business.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Overview of monthly management accounts
- Production of budgets, forecasts and latest views
- Production and analysis of P&L's
- Production and analysis of E-commerce P&L
- Monthly review meetings with budget holders
- Quarterly store by store review meetings with Regional Managers
- Production of monthly P&L Packs
- Interpretation of all financial/management information and make recommendations to senior management
- Provide financial management information to senior management in respect of strategic and operational decisions
- Challenge and support the commercial management team on matters that have a financial implication - short and long term
- Ad-hoc trading analysis of promotions / offers.
