About THE ROLE

Our stores are the heart of our business. They serve as the main touchpoints with our evolving consumer base. As retail continues to evolve, our stores set the tone for our brands, regardless of where customers make their purchase. Our locations are crucial; delivering a first-class experience and maintaining high standards are essential. We seek individuals who embody our values—obsessed with customer service, adaptable, and proactive—to uphold these standards. The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving this excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Being the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
• Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge as a brand ambassador
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
• Assisting customers with outfit building and product recommendations
• Assessing customer needs and providing product information
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements
• Maintaining shop and stockroom organization and presentation

• You have experience connecting with consumers, preferably in hospitality or retail
• You are an effective communicator and collaborative team player
• You inspire trust and celebrate team achievements
• You adapt quickly and act with purpose on the shop floor
• You take ownership and make informed in-store decisions
