Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Night Shift at our facility in Syracuse, NY.

We are offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Provide support to residents and families, fostering a compassionate environment
• Respond to questions and requests from residents and staff
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to regulations
• Protect resident confidentiality by managing sensitive information
• Document resident care services accurately
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership skills and positive team management
• Familiarity with EHR and e-prescribing systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
