As the Head of Project Management for our Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex, high-impact projects that improve performance, drive cost savings and support our growth ambitions. You will lead a team of project professionals and work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless project execution from conception to completion.
Your Tasks
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of project managers
- Lead and manage the project portfolio within the Supply Chain function, including logistics, procurement, planning, and operations initiatives
- Develop project strategies, frameworks, and governance models to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met
- Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, IT, finance, and commercial teams to align project goals with business objectives
- Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
- Champion best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Your Profile
- Vast experience in senior project management roles, ideally within a complex supply chain or logistics environment
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale change initiatives
- Strong understanding of supply chain systems, processes, and performance metrics
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
