We’re looking for a talented Sales/Customer Service Executive to work for our client.

The Role:
In the Sales/Customer Service Executive role, you’ll be primarily accountable for providing basic, intermediate, and advanced training courses to clients and colleagues, both in groups face-to-face or online, helping leading businesses become more data-driven. This position is suitable for graduates or soon-to-be graduates, working with a leading market insight platform. You will be building relationships with clients, presenting training resources, and have the ability to travel internationally to meet with clients.
You’ll report to the Manager – Customer Success and will spend part of the week in the company’s Laindon office. The rest of the week, you will work from home.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the coordination of complex diary schedules, travel itineraries, and expenses for all members of the customer success department
- Updating monthly training reports for the management team
- Providing training courses to clients and colleagues, both in groups face-to-face or online
- Producing training support materials and updating them with feature enhancements
- Traveling internationally to build relationships face-to-face and online
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a background in creating presentations and resources, and experience in presenting to clients and colleagues.
Additional requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to travel internationally multiple times a year
The candidate should be:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
- Capable of managing existing client relationships and developing new ones
- Outgoing, approachable, and professional
- Proud of the quality of work produced
- Willing to travel internationally to meet clients

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal and company performance bonus is available; full details will be provided on application
