Operating Model Support – 12742

Location: Three days minimum in-office (typically Mon, Tue, Thu); Thursday is key. Main site: Holborn, with flexibility to work from Lambeth and other client buildings.

Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: Initial contract runs until March 2026, with potential extension through 2027.
Clearance: CTC/NPPV2

Must have
• Experience in operating model transformation.
• Background in ERP, HR, or rostering systems.
• Experience in emergency services or policing.
• Not a generic change manager—must be operating model focused.
• Experience of Operating Model implementation in a modern Shared Services/Global Business Services or operational policing environment.
• Experience of working in a large, complex, highly pressured organisation with tight time constraints.
