• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM 11:00 AM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Robotic Spot Welder & MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating robotic welding machinery to perform precise spot welds on automotive components, followed by manual MIG welding to complete any necessary finishing work. This role requires attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor robotic spot welding equipment for production of automotive components.
• Perform manual MIG welding to finish and reinforce welds as required.
• Inspect welded components for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings and perform minor maintenance to ensure consistent weld quality.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and work orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in robotic spot welding and MIG welding (preferably in the automotive industry).
• Ability to operate welding equipment and use hand and power tools.
• Solid understanding of welding techniques, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• Trade certification or relevant welding qualifications (preferred but not essential).
