Oracle EPM Support Consultant required by a boutique consulting firm.
**Please note, this role requires you to either hold or undergo Security Clearance to SC level ā To pass clearance you need to have lived in the UK for 5 years and must not have exited for more than 28 days during that period**
In this exciting Oracle EPM Support Consultant you will provide support to clients both pre and post implementation, ensuring the smooth operation of financial systems and software.
You will lead and test system updates, develop and maintain reports and will create user documentation. You will also assist in training users and help out with regular system maintenance.
Day to day you will play a key support role, responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of Oracle EPM financial systems and software
- Collaboration with IT and finance teams to identify and implement process improvements, as well as providing guidance / training to the user base
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems and processes
- Collaborate closely with team members as well as key client stakeholders
To be considered you will bring solid experience in supporting Oracle EPM solutions and must have strong skills in:
- Oracle EPM Planning / Narrative Reporting (EDM a bonus)
- Experience with PBCS rules and scripts, incl. groovy
- Good experience with SQL
- Ideally some exposure to Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Experience of leading a small team (player-manager, you will still be hands-on)
- Relevant Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are desirable
You will have a passion for supporting customers and will bring excellent communication skills.

This is a hybrid role that will require you to visit the office 1-2 times per week but there is lots of flexibility available.
