We are seeking a Research and Insights Manager to deliver actionable consumer insights, supporting the UK team in shaping and executing future-focused brand strategies aligned with market trends. Key Responsibilities * Research Leadership: Conduct and deliver in-depth research on consumer behaviour and the external trading environment, driving informed decision-making. * Insights Integration: Act as the central contact for research programmes, ensuring insights are effectively analysed, shared, and integrated across marketing teams. * Performance Reporting: Develop and present performance reports and trackers, providing Senior Management with key KPI metrics, including Retail and Trade Sector overviews. * Interactive Reporting: Create dynamic, user-centric reports that highlight emerging trends and provide actionable recommendations to drive business strategies.
