Were seeking a strong, passionate, and experienced Registered Manager to lead a small, high-performing childrens residential home in Blackpool.

This is a 2-bed home rated Ofsted Outstanding, with a stable and skilled team of Seniors and Residential Support Workers already in place. Youll be joining a service where quality, consistency, and positive outcomes are at the heart of everything they do

What were looking for:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management Residential Childcare or Equivalent
Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy ready to step up

A calm, confident, and inspiring leadership style
Working for a reputable national provider
