What you\’ll bring:
- You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
- You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Self-motivated to work at pace with limited supervision.
- Strong knowledge of best practices regarding allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
