The Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, strategic ERP transformation programmes across Oxfam GB and the wider Confederation. In this influential role, you will advise senior leaders, oversee complex multi-year, multimillion-pound initiatives, and matrix-manage project teams to deliver multiple projects and workstreams. What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing delivery of multiple large/complex transformational strategic change programmes/projects from inception through to business transition and completion.
  • Strong experience of business change for significant organisation transformation change.
  • Highly proficient in project management methodologies and tools including Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities across the project team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and support cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to empower, motivate, support and mentor staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
