Key Responsibilities
- Engage New & Existing Customers: Welcome and assist customers in-person and virtually with warmth, professionalism, and insight. Actively reach out to existing customers to inform them about new offers, services, upgrades, and the latest BMW innovations – building ongoing relationships and encouraging retention.
- Deliver Tailored Recommendations: Use your in-depth BMW product knowledge to match customers with vehicles suited to their preferences, lifestyle, and budget. Confidently use digital tools to spec and personalise each vehicle.
- Leverage Digital Tools & Innovation: Utilise BMW’s advanced configurators, showroom technology, and digital presentation platforms to help customers visualise and customise their dream car.
- Create Engaging Content: Record and share short, informative videos for customers – whether to showcase a new arrival, explain vehicle features, or provide updates on orders. Your digital content adds a personal and innovative touch to the buying experience.
- Customer Retention & Relationship Building: Proactively manage post-sale engagement by checking in with customers, updating them on relevant offers, and ensuring they remain excited about the BMW brand. Help turn first-time buyers into lifelong fans.
- Support Sales Campaigns: Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing promotions and customer communication strategies. Ensure a seamless transition from enquiry to sale and beyond.
- Deliver an Exceptional Experience: From hospitality and retail to digital consultancy – your background in any customer-facing role will shine as you guide every customer through an exceptional service journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or digital engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and virtual
- A proactive attitude and natural curiosity about technology and innovation
- Passion for the BMW brand and high-performance vehicles
- A full UK driving licence
