Thrive Group are recruiting for a Production Operator on a temporary to permanent basis (after 12 weeks), with a view to start immediately.

This position is located in Swindon.

This is a full-time position working 07:30-17:30, Monday-Wednesday and 07:30-17:00, Thursday, paying £12.50 per hour.

Responsibilities of the role includes;

Working within a clean room environment 50% of the time, using a Die Bond Machine. (Training provided so no experience needed with this machinery).
Working with microscopes the other 50% of the time.
Some manual activity using pick and place machines.
Delicate product handling.The successful candidate will;

Have previous experience within fine manufacturing.
Will have previous experience withing working under a Microscope.
