Your Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor care teams to ensure residents receive the best care.
• Act as the person in charge during absence of the General or Care Manager.
• Provide outstanding personal care following individual care plans.
• Maintain health, safety, and infection control standards.
• Conduct move-in assessments and formulate care plans.
• Manage and administer medications responsibly.
• Ensure confidentiality and support staff appraisals and supervisions.
• Perform general care duties as needed.

Shifts Available: Nights: 20:00 – 08:00 (£16.25/hour)
