This is a proactive outbound sales role, focused on generating well-qualified meetings for the consultancy team. You’ll be speaking with senior decision-makers across a wide range of industries, opening doors and uncovering opportunity. What you\’ll be doing: Making outbound calls to UK businesses to promote consultancy services Setting qualified meetings per month Building rapport and pipeline with prospective clients Collaborating with the wider team to improve outreach and results What we’re looking for: Proven sales or appointment-setting experience is a must Confident communicator with a consultative approach Tenacious, target-driven, and motivated by results Must have worked in utilities, sustainability, Energy or related sectors What you get: Salary £30,000–£40,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission Flexible hours with early finish Fridays 30 days holiday + bank holidays (incl. birthday off & Christmas shutdown) Death in service cover Octopus EV salary sacrifice scheme If you’re hungry to earn, great on the phone, and want a sales role with purpose – we’d love to hear from you.
